Who we are
Bloop Studio LLC ("Bloop", "we") is an AI agent company in Portland, Oregon. These terms cover our website and the work we do for you. If we sign a separate agreement with you, that agreement wins.
Fees and cancellation
One agent is $2,000 onboarding and $1,500 a month. Three agents are $4,500 onboarding and $3,900 a month. Custom plans start at $7,000 a month. Setup is invoiced at the start and isn't refundable once building begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance and due within 15 days.
Your first term is three months from launch. After that, either of us can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. When a plan ends, we switch your agents off, remove our access and send you an export of your rules and logs if you ask.
Your part
You approve each agent's rules and hand-off limits before it goes live, keep its tool access working, and make sure the facts and prices it uses are correct. Name one person on your team who can approve hand-offs.
Mistakes and limits
Agents can still get things wrong, which is why every step is logged and risky items wait for a person. Tell us about a mistake and we'll fix the cause quickly. We don't promise error-free results. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim, as far as the law allows.
Ownership and privacy
You own your data and everything your agents create for you. We keep our general tools and methods. We keep your information private and only name you as a client with your written permission.
The legal bits
Oregon law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Multnomah County. If we change these terms in a way that affects your plan, we'll email you 30 days before.
